Terms & Conditions:
Payment for all goods and services is by Cash, Credit card,
Bank draft or Company cheque. (subject to clearance)
(A Pro-forma Invoice will be raised and forwarded same day to enable payment).
All goods are despatched by carrier for next day
delivery (UK Mainland only) and fully insured for transit damage.
(unless collected by your own carrier or otherwise agreed).
Title in all goods supplied is as stated on our Invoice.
Caller’s welcome, please check stock availability before travelling.
Warranty on all new ‘ACS’ branded items is 24 months from date
of Invoice, Y.R.T.B (You return to base) Microphones 12 months.
Radio cassettes, video players and all other items carry
12 months from date of Invoice Y.R.T.B. (UK Only)
Warranty on service repairs is 30 days for parts replaced only.
In the event of a new product failing within seven days of Invoice
we will collect and repair or replace (at our discretion)
any item and return same at our expense. (UK Only)
After the seven day period the warranty is strictly Y.R.T.B
(You return to base) and we will repair or replace
(at our discretion) and return the item.
Goods are not supplied on a trial basis any item
returned will be subject to a restocking charge.
This is the total of our liability.
